Illicit liquors, cold blood murders, harassment of traders, informal settlement and the dark side of Eldoret

The old adage goes that "every cloud has its own silver lining". Eldoret town and its environs is a perfect place for investment and also for settlement. It is growing robustly and its famously the capital city of North Rift.  However, Eldoret has its darker side. Just what is Government shutdown happening in USA?

The government shutdown in the United States is ongoing since January 20th 2018. It happened as a result of failure by President Donald Trump and Congress to pass appropriation legislation funding government operations and agencies  The shutdown affects some operations including military but not essential services. The employees are given unpaid leave in this period of government shutdown.  The shutdown has happened in every presidency in United States of America since President Ronald Reagan.
